Unilin Thin‑R Roof/Floor PIR Insulation 75mm is a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) board with composite aluminium foil facings on both sides. It is certified to EN 13165 and BBA approved for use in ground-supported and suspended floors, as well as pitched roof applications.
The insulation board provides thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK and an R-value of approximately 3.41 m²K/W, making it suitable for improving thermal performance and compatible with underfloor heating systems.
Each board measures 1200mm × 2400mm, covering 2.88m². Installation is carried out in a staggered, break bonded pattern with tightly butted joints. Perimeter strips can be used to reduce thermal bridging and maintain insulation continuity.
