Sanitaryware for Cloakrooms, En Suites and Family Spaces

Replacing a WC is easier when the new pan matches the room and the existing soil connection. MacBlair stocks toilets for bathroom refits and new installations, with compatible toilet cisterns available for complete setups.

Measure the projection from the finished wall, the available width and the centre of the soil outlet. A few centimetres can affect door clearance in a cloakroom. The outlet direction and connector arrangement must work with the existing soil pipe system.

Check exactly what the product includes. Pan, cistern, flush mechanism and seat may be sold as a suite or as separate parts. Existing components should only be reused when their dimensions and fixing points match.

A running or weak-flushing toilet may not need a complete replacement. The WC cistern repair range covers common service parts, while a full bathroom project can be planned through the wider bathroom collection.

Toilets FAQ's

Compare the pan width and projection with the available space, then check the soil outlet position, water inlet and cistern clearance against the product drawing.

A pan is the bowl itself. A suite usually combines a compatible pan and cistern, but the seat, flush fittings and connector may still need to be ordered separately.

Often it can, using the correct pan connector, but outlet height, direction and distance must be checked. Major misalignment may require the soil pipe to be altered.

It depends on the product. Check the package contents because some suites include a seat while others require a compatible seat to be selected separately.

A worn seal, incorrectly set fill valve or faulty flush valve can let water pass into the pan. Isolate the supply before inspection and replace parts matched to the cistern.
