This OSB3 conditioned tongue & groove board is engineered for structural applications where boards interlock for stability. The tongue & groove edges allow the panels to fit tightly together, reducing movement, noise, and providing a more uniform surface. Because it is conditioned beforehand, the board has been dried to a stable moisture content, which helps reduce warpage or dimensional change after installation. While not fire resistant nor fully waterproof, it is suitable for many internal and semi-exposed settings, such as flooring, roof decking, lofts, subflooring and internal sheathing.
When installing, ensure the support structure is level and solid, align the tongue and groove correctly, fix with compatible screws or nails, allow small gaps if needed for expansion, and protect the edges/underside from prolonged moisture contact.
- Tongue & groove profiling gives tight joins, less squeaking and smoother continuous surface
- 18mm thickness offers good strength and load performance for flooring, decking and structural sheeting
- OSB3 grade ensures better usability in humid or changing moisture environments compared to lower grades
- Conditioned board helps limit warping, twisting or shrinkage after fixing
- Sheet size 2440mm × 590mm means easier handling and fewer cuts than larger panels in constrained spaces
