This OSB3 conditioned board is a robust structural panel measuring 2440mm long by 1220mm wide with a thickness of 9mm. It is designed for indoor use where moderate moisture may be present but where full waterproofing is not required. The “conditioned” aspect means the board has been pre-dried and stabilised to reduce the risk of warping or distortion when fixed into place.
Common applications include wall sheathing, flooring underlays, roof decking, partitioning, and subfloor construction. To install, ensure the supporting joists or studs are sound, level and spaced correctly, fix the board using appropriate screws or nails, leave minimal gaps at joins to allow for thermal expansion, and seal edges if required to improve resistance to humidity.
