The Metal C Stud 70mm x 3000mm is a vertical framing component used to build non-load-bearing partition walls and drylining systems. Made from galvanised steel, this profile provides a rigid framework for attaching plasterboard in residential and commercial environments.
The C-shaped profile allows it to be friction-fitted into corresponding floor and ceiling U tracks. It features pre-pinched holes that assist with quick assembly, reducing the labour time required on site. The hollow section also accommodates acoustic or thermal insulation, and allows for the safe routing of services like electrical wiring.
