Expamet BMSS/12 Stainless Steel Multi Wall Starters are precision-engineered to provide a fast, secure and corrosion-resistant solution for tying new masonry walls into existing structures. Constructed from high-grade 1.4301 stainless steel (0.6 mm thick), each starter delivers exceptional durability and load-bearing performance (6 kN ULS per 1.155m length) — ideal for brick, block, and hybrid wall constructions.
Each pack includes 12 wallstarters, complete with
factory-fit M6×50 A2 hex head coach screws for foolproof installation. The
“turn & slide” design accommodates wall thicknesses from 60–250 mm and ensures snug bedding in
fresh mortar. These starters help eliminate the need for cutting out or raking
during wall ties, reducing labour time and onsite mess.
Finished in mill-grade stainless steel, these wallstarters
meet Euroclass A1 fire rating standards and are BBA-specified. They’re supplied
as a convenient 12-pack, making them suitable for individual projects or bulk
orders.
