Evo-Stik Expanding Foam 750ml is a single-component polyurethane foam filler designed to seal awkward voids, large gaps, and irregular cavities. This moisture-curing polyurethane prepolymer expands rapidly upon application, creating a secure seal in areas where clean and controlled backfill is required.
The foam is typically used for window settings, entrance door linings, roller blind connection joints, and sealing small breakthroughs in walls. It adheres strongly to most common building materials, including concrete, plaster, brickwork, wood, and many plastics. Application is managed via the included nozzle, allowing for precise placement in hard-to-reach areas.
Once fully cured, the light yellow foam hardens and can be trimmed, cut, sanded, plastered, or painted to achieve a finished surface. It also provides thermal insulation and sound-muffling properties once set.
- Supplied in a 750ml canister with an application straw for targeted filling.
- Cures via air moisture in 50 to 150 minutes to form a semi-rigid structure.
- Forms a firm base that allows for cutting, sanding, plastering, and painting.
- Adheres to concrete, plaster, brick, wood, and various plastic materials.
- Expands to provide thermal insulation and sound-muffling properties.
