It cures to form an airtight seal that prevents the transmission of smoke and provides both thermal and acoustic insulation. The foam expands after application to fill gaps ranging from 8mm to 30mm wide, adhering securely to most standard building materials.
The product undergoes rigorous testing to meet EN 1366-4 standards, offering up to 120 minutes of fire resistance as a standalone product. When combined with other fire protection systems, this rating can extend up to 240 minutes. It achieves a tack-free state in 10 to 12 minutes, allowing subsequent work to proceed without extended delays.
