The 1050mm Keystone SK-90 is a standard load cavity wall lintel designed to support masonry above window and door openings. Specified for external walls, this steel lintel serves a cavity width between 90-105mm. It accommodates a 102mm outer leaf alongside a 100mm inner blockwork leaf, establishing itself as a standard load-bearing component in masonry builds.
During installation, the blockwork is laid flush against the inner face of the steel lintel. A continuous mortar bed must be placed directly onto the blockwork before positioning floor units, ensuring the heavy structural weight is evenly distributed.
