The Warmflow 90° plume bend is a key component within the plume management system, providing a sharp directional change for rerouting flue vapour away from sensitive areas. Made from robust 80mm UV-stabilised polypropylene, the bend ensures smooth airflow while allowing installers to redirect the plume vertically or horizontally as required. This fitting appears in the Warmflow technical diagrams as the standard 87°/90° plume elbow supplied within the plume kit assemblies.
Installers commonly use this bend when a plume needs to rise quickly above head height or turn around corners where space is limited. The secure mechanical coupling ensures that the bend integrates cleanly with other plume components, including the diverter elbow, plume extensions and termination insert. It supports the creation of compliant oil boiler flues by helping to maintain safe separation distances and minimise nuisance vapour at low level.
Designed for long-term external exposure, the bend resists UV damage and the effects of temperature cycling. Its precise moulding ensures reliable engagement with adjacent components, reducing the likelihood of leaks or misalignment over the lifetime of the installation.
