This 45° plume bend forms part of the Warmflow plume management system and is used to gently redirect the extended plume away from areas where low-level discharge is unsuitable. Manufactured from 80mm UV stabilised polypropylene, the fitting provides a smooth airflow path that helps maintain stable plume movement without creating excessive resistance. It is fully compatible with Warmflow’s diverter sections, extensions and terminal inserts.
Installers rely on this bend to navigate around soffits, corners or architectural obstructions when planning a redirect route. Its gentle angle allows for controlled directional change, supporting compliance with siting clearances required for oil boiler flues. When combined with other plume components, this bend helps achieve safe vertical or horizontal plume termination in a variety of property layouts.
The mechanical joint design ensures a secure fit with adjoining plume sections, reducing the risk of misalignment caused by thermal expansion or outdoor exposure. Its robust construction and weather-resistant finish make it suitable for long-term external installation on both internal and external Warmflow HE boiler systems.
