The Grant Vortex Indoor Combi 36kW is a floor standing condensing oil fired combination boiler designed to deliver central heating and instantaneous domestic hot water from a single unit. It removes the need for a separate hot water cylinder, making it suitable for installations where space is limited.
This combi boiler operates in condensing mode for heating while maintaining continuous hot water supply at mains pressure. It incorporates a stainless steel heat exchanger and large plate heat exchangers with low water content to maximise heat transfer efficiency. The boiler includes a Riello RDB burner and supports balanced or conventional flue systems.
The unit is fully approved to OFTEC standards and EC directives, features a 24 litre expansion vessel, and uses nickel plated internal pipework. It is biofuel compatible (subject to blend type) and achieves an ErP ‘A’ rating for energy efficiency. A factory fitted internal condensate trap is included, which can also be sited externally if required.
