Product Information
A vertical balanced flue kit is used when the boiler needs a room sealed concentric flue route that rises up through the building and terminates through a roof. This 3 metre adjustable kit is sized for Grant internal oil boilers rated from 26kW to 70kW and uses the White System connection method with factory fitted seals.
The kit is supplied in multiple sections that assemble into an adjustable vertical run, allowing the installed height to be set without cutting any flue parts. The starter section includes an air supply spigot and a combustion test point, supporting commissioning and servicing access once fitted. The terminal section is supplied with an integral storm collar and is designed to locate into the correct Grant roof flashing, leaving around 600mm above the roof line.
For taller rises, the system can be extended using approved White System extensions up to a maximum straight height of 12m, with any 45° offsets reducing the allowable height by 1m per elbow, up to six elbows per kit. Roof flashing is specified separately and is not included with the kit. Related extensions and flashings sit within Oil Boiler Flues.
