The Galvanised Standard Angle Bead is made from 0.4mm thick galvanised mild steel, offering great durability and resistance to corrosion.
With 44mm expanded wings, this bead reinforces plaster at external corners, helping prevent common issues like cracking or chipping over time. That means a cleaner finish and fewer follow-up visits once the job’s done. At 2.4 metres in length, it’s an ideal fit for most standard walls, minimising offcuts and reducing waste on-site.
When a custom fit is needed, the bead cuts cleanly with tinsnips or aviation cutters. Fixing it in place is quick and simple—secure at intervals of no more than 600mm using plaster dabs, grab adhesive, nails, or staples depending on the surface and job specs.
