Bring Warm Oak Grain to Interior Doorways

White oak doors add warmth without demanding a dark or heavy interior scheme. MacBlair stocks internal white oak doors for hallways, bedrooms and living spaces, with the timber grain forming part of the finished look.

Check whether the selected leaf is supplied finished, unfinished or ready for a particular treatment. Any coating must suit the door construction and cover every face and edge required by the manufacturer. Measure width, height and thickness carefully, and never exceed the stated trimming allowance.

Oak works well with restrained door handles and correctly rated hinges. If the scheme calls for a crisp painted surface instead, compare white primed internal doors. Fire-rated versions and locations need compatible frames, seals and ironmongery fitted as a tested assembly.
