The Sandtex Sandstone Microseal Ultra Smooth Masonry Paint 5L has Microseal® technology. This advanced formulation creates a microporous coating that allows the walls to breathe, enabling moisture to evaporate while preventing water ingress. This means that walls stay dry and are less prone to damage from dampness.
With a 15-year trusted durability guarantee, your buildings exterior will remain protected and look great for years. This masonry paint resists peeling and flaking, maintaining a pristine appearance without frequent touch-ups. Its rapid rainproofing, within just 1 hour, means you can paint with confidence, even in unpredictable weather.
Application is straightforward with brushes or rollers. The paint provides excellent coverage of up to 16 square metres per litre, making it efficient and cost-effective. It's suitable for various surfaces, including render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, and previously painted areas. However, it's important to note that it's not suitable for use on common, Fletton, or engineering-type bricks.
