18mm Malaysian Plywood BB/CC CE2+ E1 is a heavy-duty, high-performance structural plywood panel crafted from premium tropical hardwoods such as Keruing and Meranti. With a smooth, sanded BB-grade front face featuring minimal repairs, and a CC-grade back that showcases more noticeable patching, both sides are expertly smoothed for easy handling and a uniform appearance.
This plywood is CE2+ certified (EN 636-3), making it suitable for demanding structural applications in humid and exterior environments. The E1 formaldehyde rating guarantees low emissions, ensuring it meets strict European health and safety standards. It is bonded with phenol-formaldehyde resin (A-bond), providing outstanding moisture resistance and superior durability for long-lasting performance.
With dimensions of 2440mm x 1220mm x 18mm, this thicker, heavier panel is perfect for projects that require additional strength and stability, such as heavy-duty flooring, roofing, structural sheathing, partitions, and cabinetry. For enhanced weather resistance and longevity, it is recommended to seal edges with an oil-based primer before outdoor use.
