Macpherson Eclipse Emulsion is a water based matt finish paint designed for interior walls and ceilings. It offers high moisture permeability, making it suitable for application on new plaster, brickwork, and render before the drying process is complete. This property helps reduce waiting times during decorating projects.
The emulsion provides an opaque, flat finish that enhances surface appearance while maintaining breathability. It is formulated with vinyl acetate copolymer binder and titanium dioxide pigments, ensuring consistent coverage and colour retention. The product is low in VOC content, meeting EU environmental standards.
This wall paint can be applied using a brush, roller, or airless spray. Under normal conditions, it is touch dry in approximately 2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours. For porous surfaces, the first coat should be thinned with up to 40% clean water. Coverage is up to 16m² per litre depending on surface texture and porosity.
