Knauf FrameTherm 35 Roll is a glass mineral wool insulation designed for friction fitting between timber studs and pitched roofs at rafter level. Supplied in a 4.446m2 pack, it provides thermal resistance within timber frame structures, minimising heat loss and preventing air movement. The roll is pre-cut to 2x570mm widths, aligning with standard timber stud spacing to speed up installation and reduce waste on site.
It is produced using ECOSE Technology, a bio-based binder that ensures the insulation is soft to handle and low in volatile organic compounds. With a thermal conductivity of 0.035W/mK and a Euroclass A1 reaction to fire rating, the insulation delivers measurable thermal efficiency alongside non-combustible properties. It holds a BRE Green Guide rating of A+ and is Declare Red List Free, ensuring it meets strict environmental and safety standards.
