The Keylite Loft Ladder is a timber folding ladder system designed for safe and convenient access to loft spaces. It features a 36mm insulated trapdoor with a continuous seal to minimise heat loss and improve air tightness. The ladder is constructed with dovetail-jointed rungs for added strength and supports a maximum load of 160kg.
This model includes pre-installed Flick-Fit brackets for installation from below the loft and a detachable ladder section to reduce weight during fitting. It is supplied with a recessed locking system, slip-resistant treads, and a pre-fitted handrail for added safety. Certified to EN 14975, the ladder is suitable for ceiling openings of 700mm x 1000mm and extends to a floor-to-ceiling height of up to 2800mm.
