The Keylite Loft Ladder KYL04 is a folding wooden loft access solution designed for straightforward installation and safe use. It features pre-installed Flick-Fit brackets that allow fitting from below the ceiling, reducing the need for complex manoeuvres during installation. A detachable ladder section further simplifies handling, enabling one person installation.
This ladder provides secure and convenient access to loft spaces. It includes a white insulated trapdoor with a thickness of 36mm and a U-Value of 1.1 W/m²K, helping to minimise heat loss and improve airtightness. A continuous seal around the trapdoor enhances thermal performance, while a recessed locking system ensures a neat finish and added safety.
The loft ladder incorporates dovetail joints on all treads for strength, slip-resistant rungs for safety, and protective feet to prevent floor damage. It meets EN 14975 standards and supports a maximum load of 150–160 kg. A pre-fitted handrail is included for additional stability during use.
