The Evo-Stik Lead & Gutter Sealant 300ml is a a low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant designed for both interior and exterior applications. This sealant is ideal for high-movement joints exposed to extreme weather conditions, such as sealing and pointing lead flashing, joints in gutters and downpipes, and overlaps in rigid sheet roofing.
Its tough, flexible, and highly waterproof properties ensure long-lasting performance, bonding effectively to most building materials without the need for a primer. Evo-Stik Lead & Gutter Sealant is also resistant to UV, water, weather, maintaining its integrity even under harsh environmental conditions. Its flexibility accommodates structural movements, preventing cracks and leaks over time.
For best results, apply the sealant to clean, dry surfaces, and tool within 5 minutes of application. It skins over in approximately 20 minutes, allowing for efficient project progression. With a coverage of approximately 10 linear meters of a 6mm diameter bead per cartridge, this 300ml sealant offers ample material for your sealing needs.
