The panel is produced from PVC and features tongue and groove vertical edges that lock together to form a tight, flush joint. Installation involves fixing the panel directly onto flat wall surfaces or treated timber battens using a suitable adhesive. When applying in wet areas, sealing the interlocking joints and trim profiles with specialist sealant ensures a fully waterproof barrier. The material cuts easily with standard hand saws, allowing for straightforward on-site adjustments and rapid installation without requiring wet trades.
The cellular structure of the 10mm thick PVC profile provides built-in thermal insulation and acoustic soundproofing qualities. The smooth matt finish eliminates the mould growth often associated with traditional tile grout lines, requiring only a wipe down with a damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaners to maintain its appearance. Each pack contains a single panel, compatible with standard 10mm aluminium or PVC trim options to achieve secure external corners, internal corners, and end profiles.
