Anthracite Black Porcelain Paving 900x600x20mm provides a dark, consistent finish for exterior landscaping projects. These 20mm thick porcelain slabs are designed for outdoor applications, offering a durable surface for patios, garden paths, and outdoor seating areas. The anthracite black colour delivers a uniform, contemporary appearance that complements modern landscape designs.
Porcelain paving features low water absorption, typically below 0.5%, making it highly resistant to frost, stains, and algae growth. This low porosity means the slabs do not require sealing and are straightforward to maintain using standard cleaning methods. The surface is textured to achieve a high slip resistance rating, ensuring safer foot traffic in wet conditions commonly found in outdoor environments.
Installation of these slabs involves laying them on a full bed of mortar over a prepared sub-base. A priming slurry must be applied to the underside of each slab to ensure proper adhesion. Once laid, the joints are filled using an exterior-grade paving grout or jointing compound.
