A universal interior and exterior, water-based, primer-sealer. Can be used on interior and exterior walls, doors, trims, panelling, siding, window frames and shutters any surface where a fast-drying, high hiding, high-adhesion primer is needed. This all-purpose water-based primer-sealer can be used over or under any oil or acrylic architectural paint and is ideal for new construction and refurbishment.
