This premium steel ball bearing butt hinge is engineered for demanding internal applications in both residential and light commercial settings, providing superior durability and reliable operation. Featuring an advanced ball bearing mechanism, it significantly reduces friction on the knuckle, ensuring a consistently smooth and quiet opening and closing action for the life of the door.
Manufactured to exacting standards (89mm x 58mm x 2mm) and classified as Grade 7 under BS EN 1935, this hinge is certified to support door leaves up to 40kg when three units are correctly fitted. Its high strength, combined with a Grade 4 corrosion resistance, makes it an excellent choice for high-frequency or heavier internal doors.
This hinge is supplied complete with 4mm x 22mm wood screws, facilitating immediate and secure installation.
