The Single Sleeper Corner Support Spike is a purpose designed bracket used to secure the corner of a single layer of railway sleepers. It is primarily used for creating timber planter boxes, retaining pathway edges, and establishing vegetable gardens. This support spike provides a straightforward structural solution by keeping the timber held firmly in place at a right angle.
To apply the bracket, the user positions it at the junction of two sleepers, drives the spike portion into the ground, and secures the top bracket to the timber using standard fixings. The spike features an extra shear angle to penetrate all types of ground conditions, alongside integrated notches that provide increased grip and stability within the soil once installed.
