The Riello RDB Oil Pump is a precision engineered component designed for use in oil fired heating systems. It regulates and delivers fuel to the burner, ensuring consistent and efficient combustion. This oil pump is compatible with Riello RDB series burners and supports both single pipe and two pipe oil feed configurations.
Factory settings are calibrated for single pipe operation at 8 bar pressure. Conversion to two pipe systems is achieved by inserting the supplied bypass screw and connecting the return line. The oil pump is suitable for kerosene and low sulphur fuel oils, operating within a defined viscosity range for optimal performance.
The Riello RDB oil pump incorporates a solenoid valve for precise fuel control and safety features to prevent overpressure. It meets EN 267 standards and conforms to European directives for EMC, Low Voltage, and Boiler Efficiency.
