To comply with the building regulations ‘BR211 guidance on protective measures for new dwellings’, all laps should be sealed with a butyl radon jointing tape.
The Laytex Butyl tape can also be used for adhering all polythene membranes to each other
Delivery & Returns
- Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout once delivery address has been confirmed
- Delivery lead times are an estimate only
- Delivery drivers will always prioritise safety over convenience when offloading materials
- Bagged products such as cement and plaster cannot be returned once opened
- Jumbo bags cannot be returned once delivered
- All other goods may be returned within 3 months with a proof of purchase provided
- Chargeable pallets may be returned for a full refund
