Achieving a classic coastal or country aesthetic in residential builds requires the right architectural elements. The New England door captures this style perfectly with a solid four-plank design, featuring vertical recessed grooves that create an authentic sheeted effect. Supplied with a smooth MDF face that is factory-primed, it allows decorators to apply a topcoat immediately with exceptional results.
Built to handle the demands of modern properties, the engineered particleboard core actively resists warping and maintains long-term structural integrity. At a substantial 40mm thick, this robust construction also provides excellent acoustic separation and thermal insulation between rooms.
When specifying internal white primed doors for diverse frame sizes, having flexibility during installation is a massive advantage. This model includes a generous 15mm hardwood lipping, giving joiners the clearance to safely trim up to 14mm from the width and height for an accurate fit.
