The Navien NCB700-42kW is a high-capacity condensing gas combi boiler designed for large homes with multiple bathrooms. It provides central heating and instantaneous domestic hot water without the need for a separate cylinder.
This model delivers a domestic hot water output of 42kW with a flow rate of up to 17.2 litres per minute at 35°C rise. It features stainless steel heat exchangers for durability, a 10:1 turndown ratio for efficient modulation, and an ErP A-rated efficiency of 94%. The boiler includes a built-in DHW recirculation pump for faster hot water delivery and NaviCirc™ technology for easy setup of return systems. It is hydrogen-ready for a 20% blend and incorporates frost protection.
Compact dimensions (695 × 440 × 353 mm) allow flexible installation. It meets NOx Class 6 standards and supports smart controls via OpenTherm and Navien’s own systems
