The Navien 90° Flue Bend is designed for creating a right-angle change of direction within a 60/100mm concentric flue system used on Navien condensing boilers. It allows flue routing to navigate structural obstacles, transition between vertical and horizontal runs, or adapt to installation constraints.
This bend is installed as part of a Gas Boiler Flues system, providing a secure and airtight directional change while maintaining correct internal airflow. It uses a push-fit connection with a locking clamp for quick and reliable assembly within the flue run.
Manufactured with an aluminium inner duct and uPVC outer casing, the component integrates with Navien’s wider Flues & Flashings range and is suitable for both new flue configurations and modifications to existing systems.
