Primaflow Knock Out Drain Cleaner is an industrial-strength unblocking agent formulated with a minimum of 92% inhibited sulphuric acid. It is specifically designed to rapidly clear severe blockages in outside drains, pipes, and toilets. Because the solution features a specific gravity almost twice the density of water, it quickly sinks through standing water to reach the root of the blockage without losing concentration.
Upon contact, the chemical formula instantly liquefies common causes of blockages, including grease, grime, kitchen waste, hair, sanitary products, toilet paper, and limescale. It operates rapidly to restore free-flowing drainage systems, making it an efficient solution for stubborn outdoor or toilet blockages. Due to its high concentration, it is strictly intended for outside drains and toilets and must not be used on indoor sinks or baths where the intense chemical reaction could compromise delicate pipework or fittings.
