The Keylite SRF05 slate roof flashing is an essential installation component designed to create a secure, watertight seal around Keylite
Operating effectively within roof pitches of 15 to 90 degrees, the flashing accommodates a maximum material profile thickness of 10mm. It features a one-piece bottom apron design, which simplifies the fitting process while ensuring a neat flush finish. As standard, the flashing enables a recessed window installation, lowering the unit into the roof to improve thermal performance and reduce overall heat loss.
Made from durable, weather-resistant aluminium with a standard exterior finish, this flashing kit is tailored for single window installations and should not be used with interlocking slate. It is fully compatible with centre pivot, top hung, and fire escape roof window models, providing a reliable weatherproof connection between the window frame and the roof covering.
