The Hoppe AR7004 Euro Sashlock is a robust lock designed for latchbolt and deadbolt operation. Its forend and strike plate are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and security. The double forend type enhances stability. This lock is CE marked with certificate 1121-CPR-AG0097 (BS EN 12209) and is Certifire approved (CF577). It has been tested according to BS EN 1634-1 standards and is suitable for use on 60-minute timber fire doors. Note that the AR8003 and AR8004 series lock cases require an intumescent kit for fire compliance, and HOPPE emphasizes the importance of proper intumescent protection during installation. The lock features a square shape, a Euro profile cylinder keyhole, and a backset of 44 mm. The face plate finish is F41 satin chrome, and the case size measures 67 mm in depth, 108 mm in length, and 17 mm in width.
