This 250mm extension is part of Grant’s EZ-Fit Blue System, designed to increase the length of external single-wall plume or flue routes on oil boilers within the 26kW to 70kW output range. Its fixed length provides a practical mid-size option where a small increase in spacing is required between elbows, plume kits or vertical sections.
The extension joins directly to other 100mm Blue System components via the supplied locking band, forming a stable and mechanically secure connection. This length is often used when adjusting the alignment of an external flue run, particularly on boiler-house or outdoor installations where consistent spacing improves overall layout and support.
As part of the full Blue System, this section integrates with plume diverter kits, wall brackets, directional elbows and both high-level and vertical terminals available within the Oil Boiler Flues category. Standard design considerations apply, including the 6m maximum vertical plume limit and reductions when angled fittings are introduced.
