Gorilla Contact Adhesive Clear is a flexible, fast-setting, high-viscosity glue designed to create a strong, permanent bond on a wide variety of materials. Supplied in a 75g tube, this liquid adhesive features a no-run formula that provides controlled application and prevents messy drips on vertical surfaces. It dries crystal clear, ensuring a clean and professional finish on glass, ceramics, and fabrics.
The adhesive holds in seconds but offers a brief window for precise repositioning. For maximum bond strength, users should wait one to two minutes before joining the surfaces; for a repositionable bond, the adhesive allows adjustment for two to four minutes before setting. Once fully cured after 24 hours, the bond is completely waterproof, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use, and robust enough to withstand washing machine and tumble dryer cycles.
It adheres effectively to metal, glass, wood, ceramic, leather, paper, rubber, and most plastics, although it is not recommended for use on polystyrene, polypropylene, or polyethylene. To apply, ensure both surfaces are clean and dry, apply the adhesive evenly to both sides, allow it to partially dry as per the timing guidelines, and press firmly together.
