Evo-Stik Technik SGS Tile Grout is a rapid-setting powder grout formulated with a fine blend of cements and polymeric additives. It is designed for grouting ceramic floor tiles across a variety of demanding substrates. Capable of handling high mechanical stresses, it fills joints from 5mm to 20mm and features a non-slump consistency for gaps between 3mm and 15mm.
The grout is applied by mixing the powder with water, providing a workable pot life of approximately 45 minutes and allowing light foot traffic after just 3 to 4 hours. It adheres effectively to fully vitrified tiles and can be applied directly onto timber substrates without requiring an additional admixture.
Suitable for both interior and exterior applications on floors and walls, it withstands steam pressure cleaning, making it highly practical for industrial environments and permanently wet areas.
- Fills tile joints from 5mm to 20mm and resists slumping in gaps up to 15mm.
- Cures rapidly to permit light foot traffic within 3 to 4 hours of application.
- Adheres directly to timber substrates without requiring a separate admixture
- Withstands steam pressure cleaning for use in permanently wet industrial areas.
- Yields an approximate 8m² coverage per 5kg bag depending on tile dimensions.
