The DeWalt DCF86 McLaren F1 Team edition is an 18V XR brushless cordless impact driver designed for repetitive fastening tasks, including deck building and electrical installations. This tool is supplied as a bare unit, enabling users to operate it with their existing 18V DEWALT batteries without requiring additional chargers or carry cases.
The driver provides up to 205Nm of fastening torque from an ultra-compact 100mm body, ensuring it can easily access confined workspaces. It features three motor speeds and torque settings, alongside a Precision Drive mode that helps prevent material and fastener damage during delicate operations. The 1/4" (6.35mm) drop-in bit holder allows for fast, one-handed bit changes on site.
To improve visibility, a 3-LED halo light ring illuminates the immediate work area to eliminate shadows around the fastener. The brushless motor technology ensures enhanced energy efficiency and extended operational runtime compared to brushed motors.
