The DeWalt DCS382N‑XJ is an 18V XR brushless reciprocating saw supplied as a body only unit. It is designed for cutting tasks across wood, metal, plastics and demolition materials. Its compact structure supports use in confined or difficult areas, while the brushless motor provides consistent power output.
This recip saw delivers a stroke length of 29mm and a no‑load stroke rate of 0 to 3200 strokes per minute. A two position blade clamp supports flush cutting, and the twist action keyless clamp enables fast blade changes. A pivoting shoe stabilises the tool during operation, and an integrated LED light improves visibility in low light conditions.
The model is compatible with the DeWalt 18V XR battery platform. Detailed noise and vibration levels are provided to help assess suitability for extended use.
