The CT1 Superfast Plus Trade Pack is a two-part bonding kit containing a 100ml cyanoacrylate adhesive and a 200ml DMPT-free activator. It is designed to rapidly join a wide variety of materials, including wood, metal, glass, ceramics, and most plastics. The solvent-free glue provides high tensile strength and a clear, colourless finish for neat joints on both visible repairs and structural assemblies.
To achieve an instant bond, the activator is first sprayed onto the surface to seal the pores and create a suitable base. Once the activator dries in 10 to 60 seconds, the adhesive is applied to the adjoining surface before pressing the materials together. This method eliminates the need for heating, mixing, or clamping, allowing tasks to be completed efficiently. The DMPT-free formulation of the activator ensures it will not cause damage or yellowing to uPVC frames and trims.
With temperature resistance ranging from -30°C to 100°C, the cured bond withstands atmospheric conditions, solvents, and oils. The system works effectively on both porous and non-porous substrates, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
