Product Information
Crown Trade Fastflow Quick Dry Gloss is a water-based alkyd gloss coating designed for interior and exterior wood and metal. It delivers a durable white gloss finish with low odour, providing the appearance of a traditional solvent-based gloss while offering faster drying and easier application.
The formulation provides good opacity and covers up to 15m² per litre on properly prepared surfaces. Suitable substrates include doors, skirting boards, window frames, radiators and metal surfaces when used over a compatible primer. Application can be by synthetic brush, medium or short-pile roller, or spray equipment with appropriate thinning as recommended.
Under typical conditions (20°C and 65% RH), the coating is touch dry in 1–2 hours and ready for recoating after 4–6 hours. It should not be applied below 8°C or in humidity above 80%. Best results are achieved when used over Crown Trade Fastflow Quick Dry Primer Undercoat.
