Crown Trade Covermatt is a water based matt emulsion designed for the first time decoration of new plaster and dry lined surfaces. Its formulation allows walls and ceilings to continue drying out without compromising the paint finish, making it suitable for new build and refurbishment projects.
This internal paint provides a breathable, water permeable coating that helps prevent moisture entrapment. It delivers a uniform, non-reflective finish with good opacity, effectively reducing the appearance of surface imperfections. Application can be carried out using a brush, roller, airless spray, or HVLP spray system.
Touch dry in 1–2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours under normal conditions, this product offers coverage of up to 16m² per litre. It is intended for interior use only and should not be applied when temperatures are below 8°C or humidity exceeds 80%.
