Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt is a water based emulsion designed for interior walls and ceilings where frequent cleaning is required. It provides a true flat matt finish while maintaining film integrity even after repeated scrubbing.
Formulated with an acrylic polymer binder and titanium dioxide pigments, this coating offers high opacity and stain resistance. It has been independently tested to ISO 11998 Class 1 scrub rating, achieving durability for up to 10,000 scrubs. Suitable for high traffic environments, it helps reduce the need for redecoration by allowing new and aged stains to be cleaned away without damaging the surface.
The wall paint is touch dry in 1–2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours under normal conditions. It is applied by brush, roller, or spray and requires adequate ventilation during drying. For porous surfaces, a diluted mist coat is recommended before full application.
