Bostik Flexacryl Instant Repair is a flexible roof coating formulated to provide immediate waterproofing on most conventional roofing substrates. It applies directly from the container using a brush and requires a single coat to form a water-resistant barrier. The compound cures to create a flexible membrane that accommodates natural structural movement and withstands ponding water.
This compound is suitable for emergency waterproofing and general maintenance on flat roofs, pitched roofs, gutters, and flashings. It adheres to a wide range of materials, including roofing felt, asphalt, bituminous coatings, cement, concrete, lead work, metal, brickwork, slate, and rigid PVC. For areas subject to foot traffic, a protective layer such as promenade tiles must be applied over the cured coating.
As a single-application treatment, it bonds without the need for a primer in most conditions and can be applied to damp surfaces.
