Armaflex Class O Pipe Insulation is made from flexible, closed-cell elastomeric nitrile rubber, providing effective protection against energy loss and condensation. Its dust-free, fibre-free, and CFC-free composition ensures an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of zero, making it an environmentally responsible choice.


Designed for multiple applications, Armaflex Class O pipe lagging is ideal for insulating hot and cold water services, chilled water lines, heating systems, air conditioning ductwork, and refrigerated pipework. Its thermal insulation properties help minimise heat loss, prevent condensation, and provide frost protection. With a 19mm insulation thickness tailored for 15mm diameter pipes, it ensures a secure fit that improves energy efficiency.
