Product Information
Silver Lux is a lightweight PE foam underlay designed for floating laminate and floating engineered wood flooring. It includes an overlapping moisture protection layer to help protect against rising moisture, while also adding cushioning underfoot and helping reduce everyday footfall noise.
Supplied as a 3mm roll with 15m² coverage (1m x 15m), it is a practical option for faster fitting across larger areas. The overlap design helps create a neater moisture barrier line along the joins when installed correctly.
This underlay is intended for floating floor installations only. Lay it on a clean, level subfloor with the moisture barrier facing up, overlap the edge as designed, and seal joins using suitable underlay joining tape for best results. The range is shown as compatible for underfloor heating, but always follow the flooring manufacturer’s maximum tog guidance for the full floor build-up.
