The Keylite Hi-Therm Centre Pivot Roof Window is designed to provide natural light and ventilation for pitched roofs. Measuring 550mm wide by 780mm high, it features a white painted timber finish with a moisture resistant polyurethane coating, making it suitable for areas exposed to humidity such as kitchens and bathrooms.
This manually operated roof window incorporates Hi-Therm glazing for improved thermal insulation and energy efficiency. The centre pivot design allows the sash to rotate through 180 degrees, enabling easy cleaning of the outer glass from inside the building. Integrated trickle ventilation ensures airflow even when the window is closed, while an insect filter prevents unwanted debris from entering.
Installation is simplified with pre-fitted Flick-Fit brackets and an expanding thermal collar that fills gaps between the frame and roof timbers. The window is compatible with roof pitches from 15° to 90° and comes with a 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
