Dynamic Duo's Epic Charity Journey

In a remarkable display of strength, determination, and compassion, two extraordinary MacBlair team members, Elaine Feenan and Julie Carson, embarked on a grueling 10-hour static bike cycle to support charity partners, Aware NI and Community Rescue Service.

However, their incredible journey doesn't stop there. These incredible women have ticked off 5 out of 8 challenges so far that they will be participating in, pushing their limits and inspiring others to join them in making a difference. Let's dive into their awe-inspiring adventure!

• Sleeve Donard Hike: Elaine and Julie wasted no time and kicked off their incredible journey by conquering the daunting Sleeve Donard Hike. Scaling treacherous heights and battling rugged terrain, they proved that they were ready to face any challenge that came their way.

• 5K Rampage - Obstacle Mud Run: Next up, the dynamic duo tackled the adrenaline-pumping 5K Rampage, an obstacle mud run that tested their endurance, agility, and teamwork. Nothing could deter these fearless women from reaching the finish line.

• Giant Steps Causeway Coastal Walk: Elaine and Julie continued their quest by taking on the breathtaking Giant Steps Causeway Coastal Walk. With each step they took, they not only experienced the natural beauty of their surroundings but also raised awareness and funds for their chosen charities.

• Viking Boat Race: Setting sail down the River Lagan on an exhilarating adventure, our brave heroes engaged in a Viking Boat Race. Luckily there were no elements to battle as the sun shone through, but they showcased their resilience, teamwork, and unwavering spirit.

• 10-Hour Static Cycle: The centerpiece of their extraordinary journey, the 10-hour static bike cycle was an immense test of physical and mental endurance. Pedaling relentlessly, Elaine and Julie gave it their all, raising an astonishing £1460 to support Aware NI and Community Rescue Service.
