Giant Steps for Mental Health

The team ticked off another challenge on their list, this time it was Aware NIs Giant Steps Causeway Coastal Walk.

A giant walk stretching 7, 13 and 26 miles.

Colleagues from MacBlair, Watershed, Doorways, Wood Floor Warehouse and P.McDermott & Sons Omagh, where treated to mind-blowing views of sea cliffs, white sand beaches, crashing waves, and wildlife along the spectacular Causeway Coastline. But it wasn’t the scenery that brought the team there, it was in aid of our amazing charity partner Aware NI.

A huge shout out to our colleagues Neil & Catherine, who were the first to cross the 13 mile finish line.

The team raised money to go towards Aware’s goal of helping support local people affected by depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.

So a huge thank you everyone who supported the team and donated.

Next up, the team will be channelling their inner Vikings & taking on Awares NI Viking Boat Race along the Lagan.
